Andrea Rock

Andrea Toselli, aka Andrea Rock, born in 1982.
Punk rocker, musician, radio speaker, content creator and activist who grew up with the “do it yourself” philosophy has been traveling around Italy for about 20 years, on stages or in clubs. Rock in language, genuine towards what he loves; from NBA basketball to Marvel comics, from the love for tattoos to the love for the green lands of Ireland.
From the microphones of Virgin Radio, alongside the brightest stars of the musical firmament, to the local pub, sipping a Guinness. One foot in the mainstream and the other in the underground.

His passion for music explodes in him when one evening, by chance, he comes across a Ramones video on television. It is the beginning of a dive into the world of punk and rock from which Andrea never re-emerged. He hosts the Virgin Radio Generation program, an appointment with all the latest recording news, cinema, TV series and sport made in the USA and Virgin Radio Rock Live dedicated to rock concerts not to be missed.
At the age of fifteen he began his career as a musician forming several bands including Fight For Revenge, Unbroken Faith, Rosko’s, The Snakes, Andead and two tribute bands: Ball and Chain and The Wolves.
Since 2006 Andrea Rock has collaborated with Mario Riso’s Rezophonic project, together with great artists of the Italian rock scene including Negramaro, Negrita, Le Vibrazioni and Lacuna Coil.
