The Estate Sforzesca, the Milanese summer event dedicated to good music, dance and theater, returns on June 9th with a show of over 70 concerts.

It will end on August 26th and, given the calendar of events, it will certainly be a great success again this year.

What is Estate Sforzesca

The events will take place as usual at the Cortile delle Armi del Castello, a perfect setting to combine art, entertainment and a charming place like the large inner courtyard of the Castello Sforzesco.

The shows will be both free and paid, with reduced and accessible prices that will allow the Milanese and tourists to participate in more shows.

Concerts schedule

The program is very broad and includes over 70 events, including music concerts of all kinds, theatrical performances and dance evenings.

As for the music, we will see and listen to rock, pop, Italian songwriters, international groups.

Gerli Music Management is very proud to represent two events: the Ekundayo Art Project ensemble, made up of 12 elements that will involve you in an incredible funky jazz concert on June 15th, while on July 31st an all-Italian evening with Dandy e le Bestie

Other artists of national and international fame who will take part in the Sforza Summer are Marina Rei and Paolo Benvegnù (3 July), Diodato (4 July), New York Ska Jazz Ensemble (19 July) and Joan as police woman (26 July).

Finally, on 26 August, there will be an extraordinary concert by the Australian artist Jet leader, Nic Cester, accompanied by the band Milano Elettrica.

Finally, classical music concerts are scheduled as part of the “Notturni al Castello.

Estate Sforzesca for children

The Estate Sforzesca is an event designed also for families: for example, on June 19th, the Giocastrocche Show is scheduled, a very engaging show for all children.
